Rent 1889 Barn

   The site is on 21 acres of heaven.  The Yellow Farmhouse Air Band B is part of the property.  There is a creek that runs through and a mountainside of wildflowers.  The sunsets are a show every night.  The summer nights always cool down and yes, you can see the moon and stars because we are not close to the lights of town!  The quiet privacy in the beautiful setting is part of what makes the 1889 Barn special.  Being inside though is magic.  It's authentic history.  An unforgettable experience guaranteed.

 

     We coordinate with everyone to make this a seamless process for our customers.  Once we help you with your event vision it will all happen.  The 1889 Barn comes with inside seating for 20 people.  If you want outside seating, we can set up tables for that.  If you want your tables set up in the loft area, we can do that too!  The glass ware,dishes,flatware,and table coverings are provided at the barn. if a different dish set, etc.is preferred we can bring in the rentals from wherever you rent them from and get them returned. We are building a catering list from sampling the food and making sure the caterers are comfortable in our space. We will work with whoever you choose, even if not on our list. Some restaurants cater from their menus and could also be an option. 

     We have on site, off street parking and will be on hand to direct your guests. The garden area has an outdoor fire pit and a bathhouse (restroom facility) is a short walk outside of the fenced garden. 

     The barn is available daily in 6 hour chunks of time:  9:00-3:00 an 5:00-11:00.  Special arrangements can be made to accommodate other schedules. Site contract will be sent out after an on site tour.
